Lisa is a talented, highly experienced and versatile Learning and Development Consultant. She specialises in creating measurable and sustainable behaviour change through learning solutions in the areas of communication, management and leadership, and facilitation. For over 19 years in L&D she has shown has a remarkable ability to partner with clients both internal and external: to analyse needs, create and deliver solutions, and engage learners from a wide variety of backgrounds to achieve ‘life-long’ and ‘life-wide’ learning.
As a learning and organisational development professional with extensive experience in staff engagement and development, Lisa combines extensive learning expertise with leadership and management experience to create an approach to learning that is highly energising and effective across all aspects of business.
Lisa’s expertise in training delivery and design has been developed over many years through a variety of learning and development projects, including organisational consulting, end-to-end learning solutions, corporate and vocational learning, and a range of delivery methods including blended, face-to-face and technology platforms.
Her approach to learning is client-focussed, experiential and active participation in learning, and facilitation based, underpinned with a deep understanding of adult learning and the psychology of motivation and engagement.

She has over 10 years’ experience in creating high quality blended learning programs for a wide range of client organisations. Helen’s an innovative program designer and a dynamic facilitator /coach in both face to face and virtual environments.
Helen’s great advantage is that she’s enjoyed a diverse management and leadership career in global corporations, SMEs and government. With an early start in accounting, she has subsequently led businesses and teams in financial services, retail, hospitality, events management, community services and education.
Helen’s broad, hands-on experience means she can quickly relate to your stakeholders and understand their workplace challenges – a big plus in program design and facilitation. She melds real-life stories with an interactive and adaptive style to create a genuine connection with program participants of all levels and backgrounds and even achieves breakthrough with ‘difficult’ audiences!

Peter is a learning and organisational change specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the learning industry. He holds a strong passion for developing and implementing bespoke learning solutions that support organisational change.
After working in a number of roles as a facilitator, consultant and learning manager, from 2004 to 2017 Peter worked as the organisational development manager for a large learning provider. Throughout these roles he has developed a quality understanding of how to deliver successful end to end learning and change projects. Peter has performed in a number of senior leadership roles and brings a genuine depth of experience and capability to his consulting work.
Peter is also a dynamic facilitator. His engaging and insightful style always garners excellent feedback.
